Machine Introduction

This machine is mainly used for filling water and beverages. This machine is a normal pressure filling machine that combines three functions: flushing, filling, and capping. The entire process is automated and suitable for filling juice, mineral water, and purified water in polyester and plastic bottles. With a temperature control device, it can also perform hot filling. The applicable bottle shape adjustment of each part is achieved by rotating the handle, which is easy, convenient and fast. This machine adopts PLC control for automatic operation, and the bottle feeding chain is adjusted by a frequency converter, which cooperates with the host frequency converter to make the bottle feeding operation more stable and reliable. The operation status of each component is detected by photoelectric detection, so the degree of automation is high and the operation is simple. 

On this basis, by changing the filling part, low vacuum filling method can be adopted. Low vacuum filling method, suitable for glass bottles, filling materials such as alcohol and juice. The sealing method can be optionally equipped with aluminum metal anti-theft caps and plastic caps. It is the ideal first equipment for beverage manufacturers.
