If the barreled edible oil filling machine stops during the filling process, do not ignore these points

The role of barreled edible oil filling machines in production is becoming more and more extensive. Peanut oil, soybean oil, olive oil and other edible oils can be filled using edible oil filling machines. If the machine is shut down during the filling process, do not ignore these steps:

 To end the operation during automatic filling, you can press the stop button at any time, and the filling machine will automatically stop after the bottles filled in the current batch are discharged. If the stop time is long. Close the refill valve after filling to prevent the material tank from overflowing, and open the valve before restarting the machine.

 When a batch of materials is filled, the remaining materials in the material tank can be filled manually. And add cleaning fluid to clean the material tank and filling flow channel to prevent the mixing of different varieties of products from affecting product quality.

 After the barreled edible oil filling machine stops automatically, turn the selection switch to the debugging position, press the manual bottle feed button, and let a batch of bottles enter the filling head and align with the injection nozzles to prevent leakage during long-term shutdown and pollute the production site. When the machine is turned on next time, press the bottle discharging button in the debugging state. After sending out the batch of bottles, turn the selection switch to the automatic position and press the start button to continue automatic filling.

 Note: Canned materials are not allowed to have sharp and hard small particles and agglomerates to avoid damaging the filling valve and blocking the filling flow channel, causing dripping or inaccurate filling.

 If the conveyor belt runs in reverse due to external wiring, the "emergency stop" of the edible oil filling machine should be used immediately or the power switch should be turned off. Rewire to ensure that the conveyor belt rotates in the forward direction to avoid damage to the conveyor belt.

 Any irregular operation may cause the barreled edible oil filling machine to malfunction, causing unnecessary losses in production. If your edible oil filling machine needs to be shut down, you should pay attention to the problems described above.
