Because there are very few operators required for daily operations, it is necessary to do a good job of online maintenance to ensure that the equipment can be effectively and continuously produced.

1. Do not modify the PLC program by yourself. This data has been debugged when the manufacturer produces it. Self-modification will cause the system to be disordered and cannot work normally.

2. These parts on the gas circuit should pay attention to draining water after a period of time to ensure the service life of the cylinder. Mainly by adjusting the position of the screw, the equipment will be waterproof by itself.

3. Adjust the throttle valve. Sometimes the manufacturer has already adjusted it. At this time, you need to read the instructions. If the throttle valve is in the normal position, then there is no need to adjust it by yourself. At the same time, ensure that the air flow and pressure are normal before working, so as not to affect the subsequent work.

4. When the production equipment stops, be sure to turn off the power switch first to prevent water from entering the electric control box. Save resources.

5. The machine equipment should be in very good contact with the ground to ensure safety during operation. It is also necessary to add lubricating oil to the gears regularly to ensure that the mechanical equipment can operate normally.

6. The tightness of the mechanical chain will change due to long-term uninterrupted operation, so the tightness should be adjusted regularly to prevent the chain from knotting or breaking.
