It can also be used for labeling less than full circumference or less than whole body. It is widely used in food and beverage, pesticide chemical industry, paint and coating, medicine and health care industry, air freshener, self spray paint, intumescent glue, butane gas and leather polish etc.

Japan OMRON industrial PLC automatic control electrical system(Chinese /English interface), RTM servo motor, pneumatic parts for Taiwan AirTAC, color code detection for USA Bonner.
Working steps:
The automatic introduction of bottles, label cutting, gluing , positioning, sticking, pressing, and the heat shrinkable hooping of bottle upper and lower mouth labels are completed automatically, and 15 phase alarm system is provided.
Labeling quality:
The cut label pattern is complete and does not deform; the end net gluing can save 50% of the hot-melt adhesive compared with the foreign full spraying glue equipment; the deviation corrction is ±0.05(mm); the upper and lower mouth labels are tightly clamped; the overall labeling surface is smooth, and there is no dislocation, missing sticking, or peeling.
