Technical description
1). Structural composition
The equipment consists of the inlet bottle (can) conveyor part, the bottle (can) group falling part, the cardboard storage delivery part, the carton forming packaging part, the main transmission part, the pneumatic part and the electric control part
2) Structure and functional principle of the equipment:
A) Inlet-bottle conveyor structure
l Low impact inlet bottle (can):
l The inlet conveyor belt is driven by a frequency conversion motor and adopts POM network with flat top chain transmission;
l It is provided with a connection to the equipment and controlled by the control motor to ensure smooth access of channels;
l The arrangement and quantity of the bottles are controlled by the sensor at the top of the conveyor belt.
B) Bottle group drop-down mechanism:
Bottle separation adopts displacement type, the bottle is divided by the packaging required package, and then enter the falling mechanism, The bottle plate of the separator is misplaced with the bottom leakage net, the cylinder pushes the bottle separator, the upper and lower holes are aligned, and the bottle falls on the cardboard.
C) Delivery of cardboard:
l The board is removed from four suction cups from the board warehouse piece by piece, sent through the board transport belt to directly below the falling mechanism. The bottle falls on the board, and the whole is pushed by the main transmission chain push plate to the plastic shaping mechanism to complete a packaging combination;
l The board warehouse can be sized according to the package combination to correspond to the board size;
l The sensor detects whether the missing bottle and the cardboard are in place.
D) Formation and bonding of the carton:
The board is sent from the side of the machine channel, and then folded into "L" shape, wrap the bottle, and then surround from the top down, the inner wing is sprayed with hot sol, the outer wing is folded and pressed by the pneumatic device, the slender upper wing is closed by the upper pressure plate, the forming carton is sent by the intermittent chain of the machine shaft; especially equipped with clutch protection function, the clutch will automatically separate the machine and start after troubleshooting.
3). Electrical appliance combination structure:
A) operating system
l Automatic PLC control, proprietary operation interface LCD display, can display the cumulative number of packaging.
l Replacement of the setup programs is faster and more accurate.
l The control panel uses an electronic light touch touch screen, which can directly input and modify the parameters of the packaging variety, and can also store the parameters of many different packaging specifications.
B) Advanced control system
l Monitor the operation of the equipment in real time.All working steps have sensors to detect, have automatic diagnosis function, when any error occurs, the equipment automatically stops, the alarm lights shine, and the error type is displayed on the operating screen.
l Has a switch logic interlock with the external equipment.
l All electrical and gas controls are consistent with the latest international application standards (CE standards).
4). Mechanical combination structure
