The machine body is made of the stainless steel. The structure is stable, the controlling system is complete, the operation is easy and the automation is high. All the contact part is made of high quality of stainless steel 304. There is no technological dead corner, so the whole machine is easy to clean. This machine adopts the screw splitting bottle way to make bottles in. It uses the high speed filling valve to fill, and the liquid level is accurate to make sure the filling technology requirement.
The machine also adopts the frequency control and the digital display. If there is no bottle, the machine will not work and there is the overload set to protect the machine. It can fill kinds of height of glass bottle. The main sealing element is made of imported silica gel. The filling valve can be taken down easily and washed. It is the ideal filling machine for different beverage filling manufacturers.
