Application conditions
Offline domestic buyers must be wholesale, retail and manufacturing enterprises registered in China, with annual revenue of RMB 50 million and business scope matching the theme of the Canton Fair exhibition area.
Application process
1. Apply for a place to attend the conference from the trading group
Enterprises that meet the conditions and have purchasing needs can consult their trading group.
2. Submit the application for certificate online
Domestic buyers who pass the review of the trading group can obtain an invitation code, which is used for new user registration or old user activation of personal account on the certificate application platform.
The platform retains the personal materials and business license information of previous registered users. Old users need to resubmit the 137th conference application form stamped by the trading group after logging in.
Complete personal and corporate information on the platform. After passing the review, buyers can submit a certificate application according to the specific date of the conference.
Application time
The application portal for domestic purchaser certificates has been officially opened. The deadline for certificate mailing and first-phase certificate application is April 10, the deadline for second-phase certificate application is April 19, and the deadline for third-phase certificate application is April 27 (limited number of certificate applications, first-come, first-served basis).
Application materials
Please prepare the following materials before applying online:
1. Invitation code
2. Clear pictures of the front and back of your ID card
Note: Applicants must be 18 years old or older by April 15, 2025, and the certificate application system will verify your age.
3. Recent bareheaded ID photo (white or blue background)
4. Business license of the company (photograph and upload the original or copy)
5. Application form for the 137th Canton Fair stamped and confirmed by the trading delegation
6. Certificate of dispatched personnel stamped and confirmed by the company
Quota for certificates
An enterprise can apply for a paid domestic purchaser certificate for 3 employees. Enterprises with an annual turnover of 200 million yuan can obtain a certain amount of free certificate application quota.
Charging Standard
The fee for domestic buyer certificates is 300 yuan per person per day, and an additional 50 yuan processing fee is charged for each certificate.
One certificate can be applied for for consecutive dates, and only one processing fee is charged; multiple certificates are required for non-consecutive dates and cross-period attendances, and the processing fee is charged according to the actual number of certificates.
The fee for reissuing lost certificates is 200 yuan per certificate, and each certificate can only be reissued once.
Note: After successfully applying for a certificate, it cannot be revoked, and the fee cannot be refunded after paying for the certificate.
Certificate Mailing
Domestic buyer certificates applied before April 10 will be delivered free of charge by EMS express. Each certificate corresponds to a package. If you apply for multiple certificates, they will be mailed out in multiple times. You can log in to the system to view the logistics information after receiving the SMS.
