Usage:
    This series equipment is mainly used in production of glass bottle filling and aluminum capping of carbonated mineral water. The machine integrates three functions of washing, isobaric filling and aluminum capping in one machine unit. Plc control automation is realized in the whole process. It is suitable for glass bottle filling of aerated drinks. The filling system adopts the lifting mode with filling cylinder to keep the filling system clean. The filling method is a new type of Nanjing valve filling, with fast filling speed, effective control of boiling, and accurate control of filling liquid level. The lifting device adopts mechanical structure and imported sliding bush, which has the characteristics of simple structure, safe and reliable, and convenient maintenance.
