Automatic 5 heads soft bag filling/capping machine，it’s widely used in filling and capping of self-supporting bags of condiments, jelly, soymilk, milk, liquid type material, oils and other materials. The sachet water filling machine is mainly composed of clearance rotation, automatic bag hanging, filling and capping, testing and bag out system. Main performance characteristics of machine and use of materials：
① Manufacturing materials: the main components of the machine frame and shell are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The machine is beautiful in appearance, clean and convenient, and meets the requirements of food hygiene。
② Electrical configuration: the main electrical components of the machine adopt famous foreign brands and domestic famous products such as Schneider , Omron, AirTAC, to ensure the stability and durability of the operation of the equipment。
③ Running turntable: mechanical transmission, precise cam indexing device, precise positioning control。
④ Automatic bag feeding: manual put bags to the pocket chute, automatic bagging with disc rotation。
⑤ Filling system: using plunger metering, filling head drip-proof design, each filling head setup an independent photoelectric detection no bag no filling; automatic feeding system for material barrel configuration and automatic mixing device can be configured according to material characteristics.
⑥ Automatic arrange caps and covering caps：use vibrating disc type automatic caps management, The caps are arranged in order out from the track, the track can be adjust, the bag can be cover caps automatically during the movement of the turntable. Set the photoelectric caps detection, automatic alarm stop machine without caps.
⑦ Automatic capping: the electric cap mechanism is adopted. The whole cap device is driven by the cylinder to move up and down, positioning and orientation are accurate. The capping head has buffer to avoid pressure loss of the nozzle, and the capping device can be adjusted in the whole upper and down, left and right positions.
⑧ Output of finished products: the baffle is used to automatically discharge the bag, and the buffer chute is arranged. The finished product conveyor can be configured according to the need。
⑨ Equipment control: the machine design of gathering ,electricity and gas integrative, it is controlled by PLC with touch screen, and has the high degree of automation.
